Hi Japan is Japan's food ingredients event, bringing together food and beverage suppliers, buyers, R&D experts and production specialists to showcase ingredients, technologies and solutions for the Japanese market.
The venue is Tokyo Big Sight. It is about 60 minutes by airport bus from Narita International Airport and about 25 minutes from Haneda Airport.
More than 38,000 attendees are expected in 2026.
