HOFEX 2027 is an international trade show for food and beverage, hotel equipment, catering supplies and hospitality technology, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Centred on global food, beverages, kitchen equipment and the hotel supply chain, it connects importers, wholesalers and retailers with professional buyers from restaurants, hotels and supermarkets.
Exhibits cover food and beverages, bakery and pastry, specialty coffee and tea, food packaging, kitchen equipment and catering supplies, hotel services and technology, tableware and hospitality supplies, and the wine and spirits trade, presenting global food and beverage products alongside hotel and catering equipment and supplies. The show gathers food and beverage importers, wholesalers and retailers together with buyers from restaurants, hotels and supermarkets, giving exhibitors product display and channel connection opportunities.
Concurrent programmes include industry competitions and exchange events such as the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic (HKICC), the Hong Kong Coffee and Spirits Competition and the Hong Kong International Beer Awards. The current edition is expected to attract around 20,000 trade visitors.

Log in to the online registration system to resend the confirmation to your registered email address, or present your registration reference number or QR code at the onsite registration counter to collect your badge.
