The 2027 Spring Show features over 350 artists.
Yes, it is! An Elevated Train stop, appropriately called The Merchandise Mart, on the CTA's brown and purple lines conveniently drops visitors on the 2nd floor of the building. Additionally, there is easy access to multiple CTA bus routes within 4 blocks of THE MART.
Yes, the show is wheelchair accessible. A limited number of complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis. Please ask our Security Office on the first floor of THE MART for assistance.
Tickets to the One of a Kind Spring Show will be available February, 2027.
Yes, coat and package check is available on the 1st floor, $4 per item.
Yes, we make sure that your shopping experience is not interrupted by leaving the floor to grab lunch! There will be cafes and bars located throughout the show floor.
The One of a Kind Show is proud to champion creativity, craftsmanship, and originality in all its forms. While we remain rooted in showcasing handmade, artist-designed work, we are excited to expand our community to include thoughtfully curated vintage pieces and sustainably upcycled designs.

Artist's work, booth design and application information will be juried based on quality, authenticity, uniqueness, salability, booth presentation and overall balance of show categories. You must be the original artist/designer/purveyor of your work. You have a complete understanding of the creation & craft process needed to make your work. You are intimately involved in the design, creation & production process from start to finish. Limited assistants/apprentices are permitted as long as the original artist is involved in the production as stated above. Work displayed may only be in the media category in which participant was accepted. For photographers: Original photography vs. prints should make up the majority of the artist's booth. For fine artists: limited edition prints will be permitted, but shouldn't make up more than 10% of total offerings. Booth sharing is not permitted unless presenting work is a collaborative collection. Mass-produced work is not eligable for particiaption. Production Process Manufactures and technological tools that aid in the production of your item must be disclosed in your application. Artist can employee limited assistance/apprentices but, they (the artist) need(s) to be intimately involved during production. AI (Artificial Intelligence) usage as a production tool is not permitted.
