What are the steps to register?

Submit an application file consisting of the participation contract, 5 photos of works, a CV (with the exhibitions you have taken part in) and a biography presenting your work; the file is submitted to our selection committee. The selection committee meets regularly and replies quickly (about 2 days). Then pay the 50% deposit and provide the catalogue information, pay the balance one month before the fair, and receive the fair information (opening hours, access, etc.).

What are the fair's public opening hours?

The fair runs from 20 to 23 May 2027 at Beaulieu Lausanne: Thursday 18:00-22:00, Friday 16:00-22:00, Saturday 10:00-20:00 and Sunday 10:00-19:00.

How do visitors buy artworks on site and how can they pay?

The fair is a private company and cannot collect your customers' payments, so they must pay you directly. Several means are available: cash (an ATM is always nearby or in the exhibition park), cheque (check the person's identity), bank transfer, and bank card / SUM UP (contact your bank to rent a GPRS terminal).

How much is admission to the fair?

Adult admission is CHF 20; accompanied minors enter free of charge.

Can the participation contract be modified?

Yes, simply contact us directly; however, no modification is possible within three weeks before the fair.

Exhibition Introduction
