IFEX Philippines is the Philippines' food trade exhibition aimed at international markets, bringing together global buyers, suppliers and food innovation companies and providing a platform for sourcing, cooperation and market trend exchange.
Exhibits cover bakery products and confectionery, food ingredients, seasonings and sweeteners, functional and nutritional foods, snacks and ready-to-eat foods, and related food industry and trade services, highlighting Philippine specialty tropical products and flavours.
Through curated business matchmaking and targeted B2B opportunities, the exhibition helps international buyers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors and food industry professionals build cooperation, focusing on emerging trends, new product development and sustainable sourcing, with sections such as the Sustainability Solutions Exchange (SSX).
This is the 20th edition, continuing two decades of connecting food trade players; the previous edition brought together 520 exhibitors and attracted 20,000 visitors.

IFEX Philippines (formerly International Food Exhibition) is CITEM's long-running trade event and sourcing program for Philippine and global food and ingredients.
IFEX Philippines is organized by the Center for International Trade Expositions and Mission (CITEM), the export promotion arm of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
The show is organised into twelve product sectors: Bakery Products and Confectionery; Beverages; Cereals and Noodles; Food Ingredients, Condiments, and Sweeteners; Fruits and Vegetables; Functional and Nutraceutical Foods; Gourmet and Specialty Food; Meat, Poultry, and Dairy; Plant-Based Alternatives; Seafood; Snacks and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Food; and Allied Food Industries and Trade Services.
The show features the Sustainability Solutions Exchange (SSX), the Grocer’s Exchange Mart (GMART) private-label business matching platform, Flavor Finds, IFEX Kitchen, the Katha Award for Food, IFEX Talks, and IFEX LIVE: Deals on Demand.
