The fair runs from 19 to 20 November 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00, with the last day closing at 16:30.
The fair is held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center Hamamatsucho-Kan in Tokyo, Japan. It is about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station on the JR Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines and about a 2-minute walk from Takeshiba Station on the Yurikamome line.
Admission is free but advance visitor registration is required. The event is intended for trade and professional visitors, and members of the general public are not admitted.
Around 200 companies are expected to exhibit in 2026, with seven dedicated zones for ICT, Developmental Support, Human Resources, Food Education, Educational & Learning, Play Equipment, and Childcare, spread across four floors of the venue.
The programme includes management seminars, educational seminars, exhibitor presentations and training sessions and workshops that require advance booking, as well as on-site consultation for developmental support.
