The centre can be reached by train (bus no. 9 from Rimini train station) or by car via the A14 Bologna-Bari-Taranto motorway, exit Rimini Nord (6 km); Bologna Airport is about 120 km away and Rimini Airport about 10 km, with a shuttle service from Bologna Airport on exhibition days upon mandatory reservation.

All participating companies are required to pay a registration fee of €600, while the co-exhibitor registration fee is €800 and the represented-company registration fee is €100; all rates do not include VAT.

It covers insurance, inclusion in the online catalogue, exhibitor badges allocated by purchased square metres, and 1 parking card.

Yes. The AREA ONLY solution is available for companies wishing to participate with a custom-designed stand, quoted through the official stand fitter at allestimenti@macfrut.com, while AREA + STAND offers pre-fitted stands.

The Exhibitor Area lets exhibitors manage their stand and participation, download the exhibition area allocation, purchase additional services, fill in the catalogue card, create exhibitor badges, download the parking card and use the Business Matching platform.

The expo centre provides reserved parking, ramps at the entrances, equipped toilets, halls all on ground floor level and directly interconnected, first-floor conference rooms reached by lift, and wheelchairs at the First Aid post near the south entrance.

On-site services include goods handling, storage of packaging and porterage, transport of goods to and from the Rimini Expo Centre, food and beverage with sanitary permits, staffing, catering and digital photo and video shooting.

There are no hotels in the immediate proximity of the Rimini Expo Centre; accommodation facilities are located on the seafront a few kilometres away and are quickly reachable by local public transport.
