SIAL Shanghai 2027
A leading China food and beverage trade show for national and Asian retail, foodservice, and imported-food channels.
SIAL Shanghai is an international trade platform for the global food and beverage industry, positioned as one-stop sourcing across all categories worldwide, connecting imported foods, snack foods, dairy products, premium beverages and new-style tea drinks, grains, oils and seasonings, convenience foods, fresh and frozen foods, and processing, packaging and distribution, and serving professional buyers in retail, e-commerce, food service, import and export trade and channel sourcing.
The exhibition will reach 200,000 square metres, expecting more than 5,000 exhibitors from 75 countries and regions with more than 350,000 exhibits, and more than 180,000 professionals from 132 countries and regions; exhibits cover plant-based and functional foods and include nearly 10,000 first-launch innovative products.
Concurrent events include the SIAL International Food Service Supply Chain Exhibition, the SIAL World Food Industry Summit, and competitions and activities. The summit sets themed forums around meat, food service, beverages, food technology, imported foods, health foods, retail and supply chains, and has cumulatively invited more than 400 economists, industry experts and company representatives to speak, attracting more than 12,000 food and beverage professionals worldwide.
Through the Match Me supply-demand matchmaking service the show provides matching and appointment arrangements for exhibitors and buyers and organises business talks on site; it also works with an Italian pizza industry trade show to create a themed zone, giving pizza and food service chain decision-makers in Asia-Pacific a matchmaking setting.
