China Potato Expo is an international specialised exhibition focused on the entire potato industry chain, held in Chengdu, China. This is the 16th edition, with 10,000 square metres of exhibition space.
The expo is organised around sections covering potato breeding and propagation, potatoes and their products, production inputs, national and regional showcases, consulting services, and equipment and technology. It covers new varieties of potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava and yams along with seed potato production technology, and processed products such as fresh potatoes, whole flour, starch, French fries and crisps, potato noodles and vermicelli, and puffed snacks.
Alongside the exhibition, the expo hosts forums on hot industry topics, specialist seminars, procurement matchmaking, investment promotion and expert roundtables. These address issues such as potato food development, standards and innovation in the seed potato industry, and regional public brand building, aiming to integrate the industry and market and strengthen exchanges between Chinese and international potato sectors.

The venue is Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The expo includes potato and poultry-egg industry zones, covering seed potatoes, processed products, plant protection, agricultural inputs, technology and culture, and poultry and egg industry technologies and products.
A standard booth is CNY 8,000 per 9 sqm, and raw space is CNY 650 per sqm with a 36 sqm minimum.
