HIS 2026 takes place on September 16 and 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at São Paulo Expo.
HIS is not a free event, and participants must purchase one of the three ticket types.
HIS offers three ticket categories: Executive Pass, Congress Attendee, and Visitor.
Any of the three ticket categories gives access to the two days of HIS 2026.
The Visitor ticket includes access to the business fair, the official event platform, and the ShowCase Experience.
Credentials for any ticket category can be collected at the accreditation desks at the event entrance.
Passes are personal and non-transferable; a photo ID is checked at the entrance.
People under 18 may access the event if accompanied by parents or legal guardians with a signed liability waiver; children aged 10 and over must also purchase a ticket.
Visitors can use Jabaquara station on the Blue subway line, drive and use São Paulo Expo parking, or set São Paulo Expo as the destination in taxi or ride-hailing apps.
AD Turismo is the only official agency authorized to book hotels and flights on behalf of HIS 2026.
