The registration fee is a service fee that gives the exhibitor a company entry in the event's exhibitor directory, access to the exhibitor portal, and free admission tickets for customers, based on the stand's square metres.

If your stand includes companies other than the company that booked it, a co-exhibitor agreement is made for those companies. A co-exhibitor gets its details shown in the fair guide and other fair marketing, a set number of exhibitor passes to the fair and 3 free tickets to hand out to customers, and the contact person receives all important fair information and exhibitor-portal credentials.

The environmental fee covers development work, guidance, monitoring and costs related to the environmental impact of events, such as recycling, energy efficiency, waste handling, sorting and electricity consumption, and it steers everyone involved towards more sustainable, environmentally friendly behaviour.
