MIPIM is an international real estate industry event held in Cannes, France, positioned as the "Global Urban Festival", bringing the global real estate community together in Cannes each year and connecting capital, talent and ideas.
MIPIM is entering a new phase of development around the changing needs of global industry participants, expanding new event settings in Cannes to concentrate specific communities, content and business opportunities into high-potential sections, with a new technology and AI hub and themed settings for luxury residential and branded apartments.
Conference content is designed around shifts in market investment priorities, with housing integrated into the main agenda; across 4 main stages, 7 in-depth pavilion sections and multiple dedicated summits, discussions cover resilience, geostrategy, AI-ready infrastructure, technology and emerging asset classes that are reshaping investment and the built environment.
Networking and matchmaking are core elements, with a new matchmaking platform allowing participants to search by goals and match through intelligent recommendations, book meetings before the event and turn them into face-to-face talks on site, integrated with the mobile app.
In national and themed sections, French participants account for around 24%, forming one of the larger national communities by attendance; the UK organises conferences and a UK cities showcase through the UK Hub, HTL Connection connects professionals in real estate, hotels, tourism and leisure, and the central pavilion area brings together international delegations and themed stages.

Accessibility is a key priority for MIPIM and the Palais des Festival of Cannes is accessible to all. The Pharmacie du Casino, located across from the Palais des Festivals, offers manual wheelchair rentals (non-electric). To reserve one, please send an email to pharmacieducasino@offisecure.com at least 48 hours in advance. The wheelchair can be picked up and returned at the pharmacy or at a nearby address. MIPIM is not contractually affiliated with this establishment. The parking facility beneath the perimeter of the Palais des Festivals offers 15 accessible parking spaces for people with reduced mobility (PMR). MIPIM is not contractually affiliated with this parking facility.
When attending MIPIM, it's important to be prepared with the right essentials. Print your badge at home and bring it, to avoid the queue at the registration desk. Please carry with you a valid ID, as your identity can be verified at the entrance. Bring your cellphone and laptop or notepad, along with chargers and European plug adaptors to stay connected. Comfortable shoes are a must since MIPIM covers a vast amount of square meters, and you'll be doing a lot of walking. Protect yourself from the sun by packing sunglasses and sun cream to stay comfortable throughout the event. However, it's wise to be prepared for changing weather conditions. Lastly, carry a bottle of water to take advantage of the available water fountains and keep yourself refreshed throughout the event. With these essentials in hand, you'll be ready to make the most of your time at MIPIM!
At MIPIM, be you, everyone belongs. Comfortable shoes are recommended as there's a lot of walking involved. The weather is mostly sunny, but mornings and evenings can be chilly. Dress in layers and bring a light jacket.
