ITCS Munich 2026
A Munich IT talent recruiting event combining tech talks and networking for tech companies, hiring teams and IT job seekers.
ITCS Munich is a technology event combining a technical conference, career recruiting and on-site experiences. Held in Munich, Germany, it is aimed at IT professionals, students, job seekers and tech companies with hiring needs.
The event features several stages hosting more than 40 technical talks and themed sessions on topics such as artificial intelligence, software architecture and digital governance. Masterclasses and company project showcases let participants engage with real technical teams and day-to-day work.
Companies from startups to multinationals set up stands where participants can talk directly with technical staff and recruiting teams, learn about corporate IT projects and explore career opportunities. Dedicated areas such as the Defence Hub and Women in Tech are also part of the event.
Beyond conference sessions and recruiting, the event adds table football, table tennis, gaming and networking areas for a more relaxed atmosphere. This edition brings together about 75 exhibitors, while previous Munich editions have attracted around 3,500 visitors.
