The day tickets entitle the holder to a single visit to infa, as well as to the weekend specials taking place on the selected day of the visit: infalino (10-11 October 2026), infa regional (10-12 October 2026 and 16-18 October 2026), Oldtimer Weekend (10-11 October 2026), infa kreativ (16-18 October 2026), and GENUSSLOUNGE (16-18 October 2026).
As a buyer, you need your own email address to create a user account. This will allow you to access your tickets later and use it for future purchases.
You can only pay by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) and PayPal. Unfortunately, other payment methods are not possible. Only at the box office can you also buy tickets at the normal price in cash or by EC card.

In case of exchange or complaint, you can buy a permit pass for a deposit of EUR 15 from Monday to Friday or EUR 17 on weekends at the box office upon presentation of the goods and receipt. The deposit will be refunded within 45 minutes after purchase upon presentation of the permit pass at the cash desk.
