ITMA 2027

There is no floor plan available for stand selection. Stand space is allocated by the Organiser based on the product sector and stated preferences. However, such preferences are non-binding and subject to final allocation by the Organiser.

The minimum stand space required per exhibitor is 15sqm, except for exhibitors from Chapters 18.1 and 19, where the minimum requirement is 9sqm.

All eligible applicants will receive their Certificate of Admission and Notification of Stand Space Allocation from 11 November 2026. For key dates and milestones, please refer to the Exhibitor Timetable and Deadlines available on the ITMA 2027 website.

ITMA 2027 is organised by textile and garment manufacturing processes to facilitate efficient sourcing and navigation for visitors across the value chain. You can find the Sector Plan here.

ITMA 2027 operates on a manufacturers-only principle. Distributors, agents and trading companies cannot exhibit and should participate as visitors. Each approved exhibitor must display at least one exhibit that is directly related to its business and for which it carries out at least two of the following activities: design, manufacture, sale. All applicants are subject to review and approval by the Organiser.

ITMA 2027 is open to manufacturers or producers whose products fall within the ITMA 2027 Index of Products. Applicants must be original technology manufacturers exhibiting machinery, equipment, components, solutions or materials relevant to textile and garment manufacturing processes. All applications are subject to review and approval by the Organiser.

Open side surcharges are applicable for stands allocated with 2 open sides or more, for the first 100sqm only. More information on the surcharges can be found in Article A10.1 of the General Regulations.

The stand space rental fee for ITMA 2027 is €250 per square metre (plus VAT where applicable), with a minimum stand size of 15 square metres. The rental fee includes 16 essential services, such as basic stand cleaning, power connection, electricity and water consumption for machinery operation, insurance coverage, Wi-Fi access and exhibitor badges. A full list of included services is available here. Please note that stand construction, modular (shell scheme) stands and additional services are not included in the space rental fee. Exhibitors are responsible for stand design and construction, or may order shell scheme packages and related services via the ITMA 2027 E-shop when available, from 11 November 2026.

Request for Letter of Invitation can be submitted after you have successfully made payment for your visitor badge. The online visitor badge registration will open in Q1 of 2027.
