MSGBC Oil, Gas & Power 2026

MSGBC Oil, Gas & Power is an international conference and exhibition for West Africa's oil, gas and power sector, held in Dakar and covering Mauritania, Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea-Bissau and Guinea-Conakry. It connects government, energy companies, global operators and financial institutions around regional energy strategy, oil and gas development, power and investment cooperation.

The event gives participants access to the West African energy market, covering investment opportunities and potential project matchmaking, including a gas pipeline to Europe and green hydrogen projects. Through the conference agenda, exhibition and business meetings, it helps investors, project developers, international operators and service suppliers build strategic partnerships.

The conference features high-level technical sessions on oil and gas exploration and development, energy infrastructure, natural gas and LNG, project financing and the regional energy transition, sharing industry practice and the latest trends. This edition expects to gather 2000 participants, with audiences from 30 countries and around 50 conference sessions.

Supported by regional energy authorities and national oil companies, the event has previously involved senior government figures and energy company leaders from several countries, providing a setting for cooperation and investment in West African energy projects.
