The Shanghai International Magnetic Materials and Application Value Chain Exhibition (MMIC CHINA) is a professional exhibition focused on magnetic materials and the application value chain, held in Shanghai. It interprets development directions and trends in domestic and international magnetic material raw materials and magnetic material and application markets, and builds a trade platform for product display, technical exchange and cooperation between exhibitors and trade buyers.
The development of magnetic materials is closely tied to strategic industries such as new energy, electronic information and biomedicine, and will evolve towards higher performance, lower dimensionality, intelligence and sustainability. Through technological innovation and cross-sector cooperation, magnetic materials are expected to keep achieving breakthroughs in green energy, quantum technology and biomedical fields.
The show presents magnetic material raw materials, including permanent magnetic materials (sintered and bonded ferrite magnets, alnico magnets, samarium-cobalt and neodymium-iron-boron rare-earth magnets and more) and soft magnetic materials (manganese-zinc, nickel-zinc and magnesium-zinc soft ferrites, silicon steel, iron-silicon, iron-aluminium, nickel-iron alloys, metal magnetic powders and powder cores, and amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloys) and other magnetic materials. It also covers production and testing equipment such as mixing, vibrating screens, crushing, stirring, ball milling, dry and wet pressing, sintering, drilling, slicing, ultrasonic cleaning, appearance defect inspection, magnetic property testing, particle size analysis and magnetising and demagnetising.
The show also presents application products such as permanent magnet assemblies, permanent magnet motors, magnetic separators, magnetic thrust bearings, speakers, microwave devices, magnetic sensors, electromagnetic cores, inductors, electronic transformers, and motor stators and rotors. It is held concurrently and on the same site as exhibitions for powder metallurgy and cemented carbides, advanced ceramics, powder processing and handling, and additive manufacturing, with supporting activities including a magnetic materials development and carbon peak and carbon neutrality forum and a motor advanced materials innovation forum.

The exhibition is held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), 333 Songze Avenue, Qingpu District, Shanghai, China.
