Go to the ticket page, select 'register with code', enter the discount code and complete the remaining steps. If online registration fails, bring the invitation with the registration code and a hostess at the entrance will assist you.
Check the code carefully and try replacing the letter O with the number 0, or the number 0 with the letter O.
You do not need to print the ticket. Display its barcode on a smartphone or tablet, enlarge the barcode, raise the screen brightness and proceed directly to scanning.
The confirmation screen contains the ticket link, and a confirmation email is also sent. Check trash and spam if it is missing; if it still cannot be found, email bilt.living@easyfairs.com.
No. Tickets are not refunded.
No. Invoices are not issued for admission-ticket purchases.
Yes. The ticket is valid on every show day and for the nocturne.
Yes. Children aged 16 or under enter free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket; bring their identification.
No special rates are offered, but facilities are available for people with disabilities.
The name cannot be changed, but another person may enter with a ticket bearing your name.
