The physical fair runs from 20 to 23 April 2027. Opening hours are 09:30-18:30 on 20-22 April and 09:30-17:00 on 23 April.
The fair is held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Visitors can use HKCEC transportation information and HKeMobility route search to plan travel to the fairground.
Participation fees include the Default Online Package, Hall of Aurora deluxe booth and custom-built participation, plus standard booths, premium booths and custom-built participation for other product/theme sections.
The media centre lists internet access, photocopying, meeting room and locker facilities; the venue also offers Muslim prayer rooms and halal-certified food options.
