Hosted buyers attend all days specified by their program. Attendees, students, faculty and buyer attendees may attend any day of the show.
Students studying event management can attend and register like any other attendee. Students are advised to attend on Thursday and may also apply for the IMEX-MPI-MCI Future Leaders Forum.
The badge will be emailed around two weeks before the show. Print it in color and bring it to save time; on-site badge printing is limited and may delay entry. Badge details can be edited through Edit Your Badge in the IMEX account, and each person may have only one IMEX account and one show badge.
English is the main language at the show. Education sessions can be translated into multiple languages with Wordly.ai on an attendee's device; details are provided in the education areas.
Sessions in the main IMEX education areas use Wordly.ai for real-time translation and transcription in 25 languages. Scan the session QR code to select a language, then listen with a headset or read the transcript on your device.
Attendee registration remains open throughout the show. Hosted buyer registration closes before the show; email hello@imexevents.com for details.
Most attendees wear business casual. Comfortable clothing and shoes are encouraged; because Las Vegas can remain warm in October while indoor spaces are strongly air-conditioned, layers such as a jacket or cardigan are recommended.
A wide variety of food is available on the show floor and in the Mandalay Bay food court, coffee stands and restaurants. Breakfast, lunch, quick-bite and beverage menus include allergen information; email operations@imexevents.com with specific dietary questions.
