IMEX America 2026 takes place from 12 to 15 October 2026 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, with Smart Monday powered by MPI on 12 October and the trade show open from 13 to 15 October. It is one of the largest trade shows for the global meetings, events, and incentive travel industry and serves as a major annual platform for sourcing, networking, education, and business appointments.

The show brings together convention bureaus, tourist offices, hotel groups, conference and exhibition venues, cruise lines, airlines, event technology providers, and event management specialists, while welcoming buyers, association leaders, corporate planners, incentive travel buyers, and media. In 2025, it recorded 17,633 total participants, 6,145 buyers, 3,700 exhibiting companies from more than 80 countries, and 92,000 meetings booked, alongside more than 300 education sessions across the four-day program.
