Rail Solutions Asia 2026 is an annual trade event for the Asian rail and railway supply chain, covering railway equipment, infrastructure, signalling, communications, operations, maintenance, and related engineering services. It combines an exhibition, a conference programme, and the annual congress of the Asian Railway Operators Association to connect operators, suppliers, consultants, and professional visitors.
The 2026 edition will take place on November 18-19 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre with around 2,500 square metres of exhibition space. The event format brings together the opening ceremony, exhibition visits, conference sessions, and networking functions inside the venue to support direct engagement between exhibitors and key participants.
The conference programme is organised around six subject areas: planning and projects, rolling stock, permanent way and infrastructure, education and training, signalling and communications, and operations and maintenance. More than 200 delegates and up to 20 Asian railway operators are positioned to take part, giving the show a strong regional focus on market access, knowledge exchange, and rail project collaboration in Southeast Asia.
