PERSPEKTIVEN is a regional fair in Magdeburg for students, families, and young job seekers focused on education, career development, and future pathways.

The event brings together companies, universities, institutions, and public-sector employers around apprenticeships, study options, internships, voluntary service, and career planning. It also features a job wall, workshops, CV support, and application photo services. The 2026 edition is expected to bring together more than 150 exhibitors, while recent editions have drawn around 7,000 visitors.
