Entry is free for interested professionals and trade visitors after electronic pre-registration on the exhibition website or registration at the entrances with a business card.

Invitations can be obtained from exhibitors participating in the exhibition.

There are plenty of free parking spots around the exhibition area.

The exhibition is not pet friendly.

Underage visitors are allowed to enter as long as they are accompanied by adults.

The exhibition areas are accessible to serve people with mobility issues.

First fill out the online registration form; after the application is received in the online system, the exhibition team will recommend the appropriate exhibition space and proceed with the participation formalities.

For cancellation 30 to 1 calendar day before opening, the registration right and total participation amount are withheld; for 60 to 31 calendar days before opening, the registration right and advance payment are withheld; for 61 or more calendar days before opening, the right to register is reserved.

Construction work can start 5 days before the opening and must finish 1 day before it starts.

The space can be accessed at the earliest 2 days before the exhibition starts to place products.
