The exhibition is held at the Grand Hotel Zhemchuzhina Exhibition Center, 3 Chernomorskaya Street, Sochi, Russia.

Move-in, participant registration and stand fitting take place on the day before the event from 11:00 to 20:00. The authorised company representative collects the accounting documents at the exhibition committee.

The freight lift capacity is 500 kg and the passenger lift 800 kg; the maximum floor load is 250 kg per square metre; standard stand wall panels measure 1.2 m high by 2.0 m wide; the fascia panel measures 0.32 m high by 1.2 m wide.

Stands are accepted for security from 20:00 on the move-in day and only after the show closes on each event day. Once a stand has been handed over to security, participants and visitors may not remain at it.

Electrical appliances that are not listed in the application, such as electric kettles and coffee machines, may not be used; extra lighting requires the committee's approval; smoking is prohibited indoors and allowed only in designated areas; damaged sockets, switches and other faulty electrical equipment may not be used.

Perishable products are meat, dairy and fish products, semi-finished products, ready meals and pastry with a shelf life of 6 to 72 hours at plus 2 to plus 6 degrees Celsius. Fresh highly perishable products must not be stored together with semi-finished or ready products, and separate refrigerated equipment is required for meat and fish. Selling perishable products and semi-finished products without refrigeration is prohibited; sales staff must hold a health certificate; transport, veterinary and phytosanitary accompanying documents and documents confirming product quality and safety must be available on site.

Installing and using potentially hazardous equipment in the exhibition centre requires the organiser's approval. Without written approval, panels and equipment may not be fixed to the floor or ceiling and stickers may not be attached to the floor, walls or columns; tape may not be used on the organiser's display cases and equipment. If a recorded violation is not corrected within two hours, the exhibitor pays a fine of RUB 50,000; early dismantling incurs a fine of 25% of the cost of the rented exhibition space; third-party stand builders require the exhibition committee's approval.

Participants arriving at Sochi airport or railway station can use the transfer service arranged by the organiser's service company, take city buses and minibuses to the Teatralnaya stop, or use taxis such as Yandex Taxi +7(862)-2-500-500 or Maksim Taxi +7(862)-222-22-22. Visitors arriving by car can use the paid parking on the Grand Hotel Zhemchuzhina grounds.
