Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain an elevated level of security.
Dining tickets are not included with Space Symposium registration and must be purchased separately. Dining tickets can be purchased online or can be added to an existing registration by logging in to your registration account using the information in your confirmation email or by calling Space Foundation’s Customer Relations team at +1.800.691.4000. Dining event tickets may also be purchased onsite if space is available.
Your registration cost includes a non-refundable payment processing fee that enables Space Foundation to minimize registration price increases as much as possible while still delivering a world-class Space Symposium experience. This fee is paid to a third-party that provides these services for Space Foundation and is not considered revenue for Space Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. If you prefer not to pay this transaction fee, you have the choice to pay via ACH. We are pleased to be able to offer this convenience to our customers.
For security reasons, we do not allow registrants to receive their badges and registration materials without a valid, government-issued I.D.
Space Symposium speaking sessions are reserved for registrants. Exhibitors must be signed up as a registrant to attend sessions.
Only paid Space Symposium registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Northrop Grumman Exhibit Center. We do not offer an exhibits-only pass. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies.
Photography and video recording are allowed throughout the venue, the programs, and the Northrop Grumman Exhibit Center, excluding private meetings and classified programs.
The Broadmoor has limited parking available in their parking garage and multiple campus lots for $40/day. We encourage the use of off-site parking at the nearby Broadmoor World Arena for $20/day with complimentary shuttle service. Additionally, parking is available at Cheyenne Mountain Resort for $30/day or $120/week with complimentary shuttle service. Finally, complimentary shuttle service transports attendees to and from offsite hotels to the event. You can see participating Space Symposium hotels on the Lodging Page.

Attire for Space Symposium is business attire/Service Dress or Class As for military for all sessions and events including dinners. No relaxed casual wear (flip flops, t-shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys, shorts, sandals, tattered jeans, etc.) are allowed. Space Foundation reserves the right to refuse entrance due to inappropriate attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
