More than 100 UAE companies exhibit and recruit on site, spanning the government and private sectors. Attendees can speak directly with hiring managers and recruiters, learn about open positions and hiring requirements, and hand their application materials directly to employers.

The exhibition is complemented by career guidance, CV editing and review, mock interviews, ID photo sessions, and expert-led workshops and career talks offering actionable guidance on job search practice. There are also panel discussions and exchange sessions with UAE national professionals, helping attendees understand career paths in different industries.

The exhibition includes areas such as a UAE traditional culture zone, a workshop course zone, a career guidance zone and a professional networking zone, and organises a national entrepreneurs competition, providing a setting for lasting professional connections among jobseekers, employers and industry professionals.
