Attendees must be qualified to confirm their company's business and relationship to the fashion industry. Business identification may include an active website, tax registration, recent invoices from three different vendors, business card, account list, credit reference sheet, or letter of intent.
Online registration remains open throughout the show for pre-qualified attendees. After September 9, 2026, new retailers can register on-site in New York.
Verified retailers may attend all shows at the Javits Center for free. Non-retailing business categories may pay USD 2,000 to USD 3,500: brands USD 2,000; wholesalers, service or technology providers, consultants or agencies, and financial institutions USD 2,250; factory manufacturers or suppliers USD 3,500.

Show hours are Wednesday, September 9, 2026, 9 AM-7 PM; Thursday, September 10, 2026, 9 AM-7 PM; and Friday, September 11, 2026, 9 AM-2 PM.
The event planner is available on desktop and mobile app. It provides brand lists, brand contact details, lookbooks, booth numbers, interactive floor plans and maps, onsite education and experiences, and tools for favorites and a personal agenda.
