Visiting hours are 09:30-17:00 on October 15, 09:00-17:00 on October 16, and 09:00-13:00 on October 17.
For domestic exhibitors, standard booths are CNY 9,800 each, deluxe booths CNY 13,800 each, and raw space CNY 1,000 per sqm. For international exhibitors, standard booths are USD 2,200 each, deluxe booths USD 2,600 each, and raw space USD 180 per sqm.

The floor plan shows booth layouts in Halls 1 and 2 of Guangzhou Aerotropolis Expo Center, including forum areas, new product and technology display areas, visitor entrance and visitor exit.
