CHINA BAKERY EXHIBITION is a professional exhibition for China's bakery industry, organising display, exchange and trade matchmaking across the bakery and food and beverage industry chain, now in its 30th edition.
Jointly organised by the All-China Bakery Association and Guangzhou Bohong International Exhibition, the show works in strategic cooperation with Informa Group and draws on the exhibition resources of Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo. Integrating bakery, catering, food and franchise formats, it builds a collaborative platform spanning the innovation, industry and talent chains through five pillars: exhibition, conference, competition, show and market.
Exhibits cover bakery and confectionery, food ingredients and additives, food processing and catering equipment, and coffee and tea, spanning raw and auxiliary materials, fillings, machinery and equipment, packaging, home baking, frozen-to-fresh bakery and snacks. The show focuses on the convergence of bakery with food and beverage, tracking trends such as frozen-to-fresh, healthy ingredients, supermarket retail and coffee and tea drinks.
CHINA BAKERY EXHIBITION is held in coordination with the Gife franchise exhibition and FHC South China Global Food Exhibition, gathering more than 1,500 exhibiting companies. It builds a platform for information, trade exchange and business matchmaking for companies along the bakery and food and beverage industry chain, helping them expand channels and connect with market opportunities.
