The 2027 International Electronic Circuits (Shanghai) Exhibition will take place from March 24–26, 2027, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Centered on the theme "Integrating Chips and Boards, Shaping the Future through Intelligent Manufacturing," the event captures the technical pulse of the synergistic evolution between integrated circuits (ICs) and printed circuit boards (PCBs) in the post-Moore era.
The exhibition focuses on AI computing power, advanced packaging, and high-frequency/high-speed materials. It offers a comprehensive showcase of vertically integrated solutions—ranging from IC substrates to PCBs—while highlighting cutting-edge advancements in high-frequency/high-speed materials, advanced packaging, and digital factory technologies. Concurrent high-level forums and technical matchmaking sessions will further foster collaborative innovation across the industrial chain. Standard booths are priced for 9 sqm and 12 sqm: CNY 13,077 and 17,436 for CPCA members, CNY 14,490 and 19,320 for WECC members, and CNY 17,325 and 23,100 for non-members. Raw space requires a minimum of 36 sqm and is priced at CNY 12,258, 13,608 and 16,245 per 9 sqm for CPCA members, WECC members and non-members respectively.
