Conference: Sunday, February 28 – Thursday, March 4. Show Floor: Tuesday, March 2 – Thursday, March 4.

Tuesday, March 2, 2027 from 11am–4:30pm; Wednesday, March 3, 2027 from 11am–4:30pm; Thursday, March 4, 2027 from 11am–3pm. The above times may change as we get closer to the show.

Yes. Visit the “Register Here” counters during registration hours. Please note that on-site registration fees are higher.

Tickets are not required for Special Event Sessions. These events are open to Full Conference Pass and Party Pass holders. Please bring your badge for entry.

WPPI provides visa invitation letters upon request. Once registration is completed, a visa letter is automatically generated. Your registration information must exactly match your passport details. A confirmation email will include a link to print your personalized invitation letter. Please note that a visa letter does not guarantee visa approval.

WPPI is a professional trade event. Children under 16 (including infants) are not permitted in conference seminars. Children under 16 are allowed on the expo show floor with adult supervision (maximum two children per adult). Strollers are permitted but not recommended.
