All purchases can be done via our Pass Picker. For us to generate an invoice for you, you first must place your order online using the bank transfer functionality in your account. For this, please email us at asia@money2020.com to request to have this option activated. Upon activation, you will see ‘Bank Transfer’ appear under payment methods on the checkout page of your account. After you click ‘Place Order’ we will generate an invoice automatically using the billing information details provided at checkout. You will also receive a confirmation email including your Order Number. Note payment terms are immediate.

To make changes to your pass, navigate to Pass Manager and select Delegate Details > ‘To replace the delegate please click here’ and follow the steps on the screen. You can also submit any special requests at the same time.

To download a visa invitation letter from Money20/20, simply log in and navigate to Pass Manager, then select Options > Delegate Details > Request Visa Letter. You’ll be prompted to enter your information and once complete, the letter will be ready to download. If your name on the pass differs from your passport, email asia@money2020.com for assistance.

Registered delegates will be able to view, sort, and filter the attendee list in Money20/20 Connect - our official App - when it launches. GDPR and internal policies prohibit sharing delegate data with individual delegates and sponsors. In the App, delegates will also be able to speak directly with matches via instant messaging, book and accept unlimited meeting requests, build their personalized agenda, view the floor plan, and more.

Show passes can be booked online via our Pass Picker where you’ll be able to view all available pass options, benefits, pricing, and criteria.

Our delegates can register throughout the show but we recommend you secure passes in advance for the best rate as pass rates increase as we draw closer to the show. Passes will also be available to purchase onsite at the show when you arrive.

You’ll be able to register delegates without having to provide any details until February 2027. After that, details are required to proceed to checkout. But don’t worry, you can swap out names later directly in the Pass Manager of your account if plans change.

Your passes will show as ‘Ready to go’ in your account once all details have been assigned (including uploading a headshot). Each attendee will then be able to collect their physical pass from the registration desks onsite. A few days before the show we will send each registered attendee an email with all the information on how to collect their badge which will also include a unique barcode they will be able to show/scan on arrival. This information will also be available via networking app.

Money20/20 will be unable to offer refunds (including for pass downgrades) or credits for any current or future Money20/20 shows. But don’t worry, you can replace a delegate via your Pass Manager free of charge, until the last day of the show. See our Delegate Terms of Business for more information and be sure to reach and understand these before making any purchases. To proceed with a name change directly in your account follow these steps: On the pass you wish to replace, select Options > Replace delegate > Add new delegate's details > Save.
