From 19:00, admission is granted only to people aged 18 and over. Visitors aged 16 and over may remain on the grounds. Young people under 16 without a legal guardian must leave the grounds. ID checks are carried out. Entry to the exhibition grounds is only possible with a valid official photo ID.
Lost items are collected by the fair's lost property office. After RHEMA, valuables are handed over to the Altstätten police. If you notice during the fair that you have lost something, please ask at the fair information desk in the entrance area.
The free Mobiliar lockers are located in the Messe-Allee and remain open until half an hour after the fair closes. Additional paid self-service lockers are available in the Alpsteinzaun and Tor pavilion. For orientation, we recommend taking a look at the site plan.
Of course. Visiting the fair should be possible for everyone regardless of age. The breastfeeding and baby care room is located in the entrance area and is clearly signposted on site.
Yes. The children's daycare is located in Messe-Halle 3. Children aged 3 to 12 are admitted, and the opening hours are Friday and Saturday 14:00–18:00 and Sunday 11:00–17:00.
Yes. Accessible toilets are available in the entrance area and in the Messe-Allee. The site plan can be found here.
