Edition40 A Spanish quality food and beverage trade fair for hospitality, retail, import, distribution and foodservice professionals.
Salón Gourmets is a specialized exhibition for the premium food and beverage industry, held in Madrid, with the 2027 edition being the 40th, focusing on food, beverages, wine and gourmet products.
The fair presents gourmet products such as cheese, wine, olive oil, meat and seafood, with displays organized around foodservice and related channels. Themed features include a cheese tunnel, a wine guide and a Spanish food area, along with competitions and awards in ham slicing, sommelier skills, oyster shucking, cheese judging, pizza, skewers, cocktails and barbecue.
The fair includes a hosted buyer programme in cooperation with ICEX and MAPA, inviting 250 buyers for matchmaking, and organizes gourmet showcases from several Spanish and international regions, including the Canary Islands, the Basque Country, Asturias, Portugal, Norway and New Brunswick in Canada.
Open to trade visitors, the fair offers food and beverage brands, importers, distributors and retail and foodservice channels a platform for product display, sourcing and business matchmaking, and suits companies focused on the premium gourmet and wine market.

The fair will take place from 26 to 29 April 2027 at Ifema Madrid.
Monday 26 to Wednesday 28 are open from 10:00 to 19:00, and Thursday 29 is open from 10:00 to 17:00.
Salón Gourmets grants access only to registered trade professionals; visitors must present an official identity document, and people under 18 are not allowed.
A one-day ticket costs EUR 85 at Ifema Madrid or EUR 60 online; a four-day ticket costs EUR 130 at Ifema Madrid or EUR 100 online.
