The 21st World Renewable Energy Exhibition 2026
Edition21 Focused on power equipment, energy technologies, and infrastructure, connecting suppliers with Japanese and Asia-Pacific energy engineering and project buyers.
Renewable Energy World is a specialised exhibition for the renewable energy sector in Japan. The 21st edition covers 12 areas including photovoltaics, solar thermal, wind power, biomass, hydrogen and fuel cells, ocean energy, geothermal, energy networks, heat pumps and hydropower, and is held alongside a quadrennial international conference, presenting related technologies and research developments.
It covers policy and integrated concepts, photovoltaic power generation, solar thermal use, environmental buildings, biomass, wind power, hydrogen and fuel cells, ocean energy, geothermal and ground-source heat, hydropower, energy networks, energy saving and heat pumps, and unused energy, spanning perovskite and various battery research, efficiency improvement and O&M, heat collection and storage, building-envelope renewables, ZEH/ZEB, offshore wind observation and turbine technology, biomass fuels and negative emissions, water electrolysis and ammonia research, wave and tidal current energy, geothermal exploration and ground-source heat use, smart and microgrids, low-temperature waste heat utilisation and high-efficiency hydropower.
The parallel international conference exchanges the latest research across 12 fields, with 90 oral presentations and up to 300 poster presentations, plus invited researcher lectures, government keynote speeches and panel discussions, conducted in English.
Aimed at companies, municipalities, universities and research institutions, it presents trends in renewable energy adoption and collaboration and offers opportunities for domestic and international business matchmaking and research exchange.
