Häuslbauermesse 2027 (Building, Renovation and Energy Saving Exhibition) is a show for home building, renovation, energy saving and residential investment needs, held in Klagenfurt, Austria; the 38th edition provides information and advice on topics including building, renovation, refurbishment, financing, garden design and real estate.
The show brings together around 400 exhibitors from 8 countries across an exhibition area of around 30,000 square metres; exhibits and services cover building materials, windows and doors, HVAC and energy systems, photovoltaics and storage, heat pumps, bathrooms, kitchens, interior fitting, garden landscaping, financing and real estate, letting visitors compare products, consult on solutions and connect with local specialist companies.
The show features multiple stages and consultation areas with expert lectures and dialogues covering energy-efficient heating, alternative energy, digital building models, real estate financing and sustainable living; discussions with practitioners and advisers are also organised around DIY renovation, financing and market assessment.
The show also includes family-oriented interactive and experiential content and expects to welcome around 27,000 visitors, providing a setting for people planning to build, renovate or improve the energy performance of their homes to gather information and services in one place.

Several parking areas are available at the Klagenfurt fairground: P1 (St. Ruprechter Strasse), P2 car park building (Rosentaler Strasse West / Ausstellungsstrasse) and P3 (Florian-Groeger-Strasse). There are more than 1,350 parking spaces in total, around 450 of them in the car park building.
Yes - the first 20 minutes are free of charge and you can drive out directly without going to the ticket machine. Rates outside fair periods are staggered. First hour: EUR 0.50 | from the start of the second hour: EUR 1.50 per hour.
Parking spaces cannot be reserved. All parking areas are available on a first come, first served basis.
Yes - during fair events the parking areas are reserved exclusively for exhibitors and fair visitors, and separate fair rates apply (for example flat rates per fair day).
Yes - long-term parkers can buy monthly or annual tickets (for example an annual ticket for around EUR 550). There are also motorhome pitches with electricity and water connections for a fee. Monthly tickets for EUR 50 can be bought directly at the parking ticket machine.
