The official housing agency ENITED has reserved various categories of rooms in centrally located hotels with easy access to public transportation. Rooms are assigned first come, first served, and early booking through the online registration platform or myEANM Area is recommended.
Public transportation is the easiest way to get around the city. Vienna buses, trams and subways are quick and inexpensive, metro services run 24 hours from Friday to Sunday, and participants must purchase and carry a valid ticket.
The Registration Desk is at the entrance level of the ACV. It is open on October 17, 2026 from 07:30-21:45, October 18-20 from 07:30-18:00, and October 21 from 07:30-12:00.
Additional questions not addressed on the website can be sent to office@eanm.org or raised at the EANM Congress Office during the congress. The office is open October 17-20, 2026 from 07:30-18:00 and October 21 from 07:30-12:00.
