Shanghai International Fisheries and Seafood Exhibition 2026 will be held from 26 to 28 August 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. It is a professional trade event for seafood products, processing, fisheries services, and foodservice sourcing, connecting associations, brands, processors, importers, distributors, retailers, and catering buyers across the aquatic industry chain.

The 2026 edition is positioned alongside the Shanghai International Catering and Ingredients Exhibition, with a planned display scale of 80,000 square meters and more than 30 concurrent industry activities. Product coverage includes aquatic and marine products, processed seafood and prepared meals, premium ingredients, e-commerce gift products, aquaculture technology, processing and packaging machinery, and cold-chain supporting services.

The exhibition is expected to bring together 3,000+ exhibitors, 100,000+ professional visitors, and participants from 68 countries and regions. The 2024 edition recorded 107,839 visits, 677 exhibitors, and 150,000 square meters of exhibition space, demonstrating strong industry aggregation and buyer engagement capabilities.
