Submitting an abstract for a conference is optional.
The conference registration fee includes access to conference and exhibition rooms when applicable, catering, documentation, and access to the networking and matchmaking service.
Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted, and payment by bank transfer is also accepted.
On-site registration is possible, but it is reviewed case by case; no poster or short presentation will be scheduled if attendance of the abstract submitter cannot be confirmed.
Cancellations received at least 60 days before the conference start receive a refund minus a €220 processing fee; cancellations received within 60 days of the conference date are not refunded.
