Hefei International Machine Tool Exhibition is a machine tool show in the Jinnuo machine tool exhibition series held in Hefei, serving the digital upgrading of manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta, rooted in Anhui's trillion-yuan manufacturing industry and addressing applications such as new energy vehicles and parts, precision machining of automotive moulds, and robotic assembly system integration.
The show presents metal cutting equipment including CNC machining centres, milling machines, lathes, boring machines, sawing machines, slotting machines, broaching machines and planers, gear cutting machines, drilling and tapping machines, and grinding, polishing, honing, lapping and superfinishing machines.
The metal forming section includes CNC turret punch presses, shears, press brakes, laser processing machines, high-speed precision presses, presses and forging equipment; the show also covers non-traditional machining such as EDM forming and cutting, ultrasonic machining and laser processing.
The show features sections on Industry 4.0 smart factories, digital factories, smart equipment, flexible manufacturing cells, industrial robots and digital equipment, industrial inspection and 3D printing, and presents hardware moulds, plastic moulds, mould standard parts and steel, cutting tools and gauges, abrasives, machine tool accessories and mechanical components, as well as non-destructive testing, physical testing and metrology testing technologies.
The show runs the International Automotive Advanced Manufacturing Technology Conference, automotive lightweighting technology seminars and a buyers' conference, organising exchange on topics such as new energy vehicle lightweighting, parts machining, automotive industry digitalisation and precision mould machining.
