It depends on your requirements. You can put your stand together individually; prices depend on the stand type and the stand construction services required, so there is no flat rate for taking part. You are welcome to use the online quote calculator, which automatically works out the cost of your participation. Special offers are available for craft exhibitors and plant exhibitors.
It is very straightforward: after registration you receive a confirmation summarising your order. At the latest six weeks before the fair you will also receive all further important information and advertising opportunities.
So that you can plan reliably: exhibitors receive the invoice for all services booked in advance six to eight weeks before the event begins. If additional orders are placed at the fair, a follow-up invoice is sent two weeks after the event.
Register co-exhibitors: if you exhibit together with partner companies on your stand area, those companies must be listed as co-exhibitors as part of the fair registration. A fee of EUR 150.00 plus statutory VAT applies for each co-exhibitor. Each co-exhibitor receives two exhibitor passes, one parking pass and one entry in the exhibitor directory. The entire invoice is issued to the main exhibitor.
Do not wait too long: you can book all additional services up to two weeks before the exhibition.
w.Holz GmbH operates several catering areas in the foyer of the HanseMesse and inside the exhibition grounds, serving visitors and exhibitors, and receipts can be issued there. You are also welcome to order food and drinks for your stand in advance. Please contact the caterer directly: info@w-holz-catering.de, phone 0381 – 490 00 00.
