Destination California is a hosted-buyer event for the meetings and incentive industry, focused on sourcing California hotels, CVBs, DMCs and distinctive venues.

The event combines pre-scheduled one-to-one appointments, education, networking and destination experiences to help meeting planners and incentive buyers connect with suppliers across the state and evaluate future event options.

The 2026 edition is held at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport and brings together planners with hotels, convention and visitors bureaus, destination management companies and venue partners from throughout California.
