
Terra Madre - Salone Internazionale del Gusto 2026 takes place in central Turin, Italy from September 24 to 27, 2026 as an international event centered on biodiversity, slow food culture and sustainable food systems. The format spreads across city squares and combines a producers' market, talks, tastings, dining events and public cultural experiences.
