Modular & Prefab Expo is a specialised trade fair in Poland focused on modular construction technology and prefabricated materials, presenting modern construction solutions for housing and facilities around prefabrication and innovative timber technology, and bringing together manufacturers, architects, investors and suppliers to discuss the future direction of the construction industry.
Display areas cover timber frame and modular housing, CLT, LVL and glulam structures, certified timber and wood panels, insulation and envelope systems, CNC production lines and woodworking machinery, installation and smart home systems, wood protection and environmentally friendly coatings, and related services such as investment financing, consulting and certification.
The Modular & Prefab Construction Forum is held alongside the show, exchanging views on innovations in the organisation and management of modular and prefabricated construction, providing a platform for knowledge sharing and cooperation matchmaking among participants such as developers, construction companies, engineering design and structural engineers, woodworking and furniture companies, public institution representatives and distributors.
Exhibits also include modular and mobile homes, construction and decorative materials, HVAC and electrical installation, passive and energy-efficient building design, and production optimisation software, suiting companies in modular construction, prefabricated materials, timber structures and supporting technologies.

The fair takes place in Ptak Warsaw Expo - the largest trade fair center in Poland. Al. Katowicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn/Warsaw.
Fair opening hours - 10:00 - 17:00.
All persons who register online or at the fair office will receive a free pass.
The invitation is for information purposes only and does not entitle you to enter the fair. It is necessary to register or purchase a ticket.
Admission for children is not recommended. However, if you want your child to accompany you during the fair, buy a ticket for the day. Admission to the fair for children under 7 is free.
No, animals are not allowed in the exhibition halls.
The fair can be reached by car or by buses 703 and 711 from P+R Al. Krakowska 15 to Ptak Warsaw Expo.
For the convenience of our guests, the car park is free of charge.
Yes, there will be food outlets at the fairgrounds.
Yes. There are cloakrooms in the halls and you will be able to leave a small suitcase in them.
