No. You only need to complete the questionnaire in your personal account. Login details were sent in the notification e-mail about the opening of official registration; please check your mail and complete your data. If you did not receive such an e-mail, contact centralasiabiwexpo@accreditation.ru.

To register one participant choose "Individual registration"; to register two or more participants from your organisation choose "Company registration". After company registration you receive access to a personal account where, under the "Employees" tab, you add the forms of all employees planning to take part. Visitor participation allows individual registration only.

Please check your inbox and the Spam folder again; corporate domains sometimes block mail from external sources. If you still cannot find the registration confirmation and personal-account access e-mail, contact centralasiabiwexpo@accreditation.ru.

If you plan to visit the exhibition as part of an official or regional delegation, register in the "Delegate" category. We recommend creating a group personal account with the "I register a group of participants" button and entering all members of your delegation. Delegate-category badges are free of charge for heads of government bodies; badge issue is subject to the Organiser's approval and the Organiser may refuse to issue a badge.

Access to the personal account created for your company will be sent by e-mail after payment for participation. If you did not receive the e-mail with the information, please contact your manager supervising participation in the exhibition.

Persons under 14 years of age are not admitted to the exhibition. You can choose the visit format that suits you (see Visit formats).

A visitor e-ticket is not exchanged for a badge; admission is by ticket, shown printed or on a smartphone screen. Visiting is free of charge, but advance online registration is required. After registration an e-mail with personal-account access is sent; the visitor ticket can be downloaded in the personal account and will also arrive by e-mail no later than 15 April.

Access to the business programme, except the main plenary session, is open to all categories of visitors and participants. Access to the main plenary session is open to holders of VIP badges and Delegate-category badges.

Access to the event is only possible with an accreditation badge. The accreditation centre is located in the CAEx Uzbekistan exhibition complex. A badge can be collected in person by presenting an e-ticket and an identity document; when issuing the badge the accreditation operator checks the data in the application against the document presented. To collect a participant badge in person you must present: 1) an identity document matching the data in the personal account; 2) the original personal-data processing consent (print, fill in and bring it to the accreditation centre); 3) the e-ticket (not mandatory but helpful for faster issue). The e-ticket is sent to every registered participant no later than 15 April. A participant e-ticket is exchanged for a badge; Visitor-category access is by e-ticket and no badge is required.
