ABASTUR 2026 will take place from 26 to 28 August 2026 at Centro Banamex in Mexico City. It is positioned as one of the key HORECA trade events in Mexico and Latin America, serving the hotel, restaurant, cafe, and catering sectors with a focus on sourcing, innovation, networking, and professional education.

The event plans for 30,000+ sqm of exhibition space, 20,000+ qualified buyers, and 600+ national and international exhibitors. Key features include Business Hub, International Pavilions, Scenario Gourmet, Hotel Show Room, and The Hospitality Summit.
