On 24 and 25 September 2026, participant entry starts at 09:00 and closing is at 18:00.
The Istanbul Tourism Fair is open only to tourism professionals affiliated with an organization or institution in the tourism industry that matches the fair visitor profile.
Visitors can create an entry badge by completing the visitor registration form for their visitor type; after registration, the badge is sent by email or can be collected at the entrance registration desk.
Yes. There is a parking area with a capacity of 35,000 vehicles, managed by Istanbul Otopark İşletmeleri Tic. A.Ş. (ISPARK).
Food and beverages consumed at stands must be provided by participating companies, and external catering services are not permitted during visiting hours. Stands have no water connection and cooking is not allowed. Beltur offers paid food and beverage service within the fairground.
