Chongqing International Catering Ingredients Exhibition 2027

The 2027 Chongqing International Catering Ingredients Exhibition (FCE) is a one-stop exchange, trading and sourcing platform serving the entire food and catering industry chain, created by Hanson Exhibition Group and continuing in 2027 at the Chongqing International Expo Centre (Yuelai Hall). As an important part of Hanson's Western Food and Catering Expo, the show has previously been held successfully for 13 editions; this is the 14th, building product display and business matchmaking settings around the upstream and downstream of food and catering.

The show includes special exhibition areas for ingredients, prepared dishes, fruits and vegetables, hot pot ingredients, aquatic products, frozen products, compound seasonings and grains and oils, food additives, coffee and beverages, imported and snack foods, smart catering, takeaway packaging, chain franchising, food processing and packaging equipment, and kitchen equipment. Its categories are rich and cover the main stages from raw materials and processing to restaurant operations.

This edition is expected to have an exhibition scale of nearly 60,000 square metres, attract more than 60,000 professional visitors from across the country and feature more than 1,500 exhibitors. While maintaining professionalism, the show further enhances its market orientation and internationalisation, providing a concentrated setting for exhibitors to connect with channels in Southwest China and nationwide.

Drawing on Chongqing's location as an important strategic support for Western development and opening-up and a central hub of the Yangtze River upstream economic belt, the exhibition will present the characteristics of Bayu cuisine through displays and exchange activities, promote resource matchmaking in catering and tourism and related fields, and provide cooperation and trading opportunities for the domestic and international catering industry.
