The One Day Pass is now cheaper than any Senior discount may have been, so Senior discounts are not offered.
Tickets were discounted on 28 August for the 10th anniversary. Visitors who paid a higher price before the discount may apply for a refund of the difference, which is processed within 2-3 weeks after the request is received.
The show is spread across four levels of the venue. To see and experience every space at length, allow two full days; for a casual look and listen, allow a full day.
The show is held at the Pullman Albert Park Hotel & Convention Centre at 65 Queens Road, Albert Park. It is not held at Pullman Melbourne On The Park in East Melbourne.

Yes, but children aged 17 and under receive free entry and must be accompanied by an adult.
Refunds are not provided for unused tickets.
Ticket sales through the website are e-tickets. After ordering, visitors receive an email confirmation containing PDF tickets. If it is missing, check junk or spam folders and then open a support ticket if needed.
2026 opening hours are Fri 16 October 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, Sat 17 October 10:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Sun 18 October 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.
